Introducing D&I School

Monica Mwanje, MMCS Managing Director, is involved in an exciting new initiative to provide fundamental Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) training to senior leaders across all industries.

D&I School is a collaboration between Monica and Jasmine Gartner, an acclaimed Social Anthropologist who provides training and consultancy on unconscious bias, D&I, and employee engagement.

D&I School aims to provide leaders and corporations with a solid foundation in understanding D&I and offers tools and insight into standardised approaches to affect positive change in the workplace. This includes designed interventions to cultivate a truly diverse and inclusive working environment that is systematically fair and equal.

If you want to address any issues surrounding D&I in your organisation but don’t know where to start, D&I School will provide the background information and the practical tools you will need to set clear outcomes and make a difference.

Monica and Jasmine will start the first cohort of D&I School starting on Saturday, 12th September 2020 and will run once a week for a total of 15 weeks. Hear them both talk about why they established D&I School in the video below.
