MM Creative Solutions (MMCS) was founded in 2015 and is a UK based independent consultancy providing specialist services for the nuclear and other regulated industries.  It is driven by its Founder and Managing Director Monica Mwanje who has over 15 years’ experience in the nuclear and defence sectors.

Since its inception MMCS has worked with clients ranging from  micro businesses through to  multinational consulting engineering firms.  The commonality between our clients is their desire to either enter into or expand their work in the UK nuclear market or other regulated sectors such as rail or defence.  

We understand the mechanics of getting started in the nuclear sector or trying to work out some of the practical things to do to enable a business to move forward.  We apply this experience and work collaboratively with our clients in order to achieve their goals.
