Monica
Monica is an accomplished professional with over 15 years’ experience gained in highly regulated sectors; including civil nuclear and defence. A chartered chemical engineer Monica’s initial nuclear sector experience was gained in engineering and technical roles. In recent years she has worked in business management and business strategy roles, honing her business development and marketing skills.
With experience working with and for organisations at all levels of the nuclear supply chain she understands the range of challenges organisations face. Monica is passionate about working with businesses and helping them to achieve their goals.
Jennifer
Jennifer is a project manager with a track record for delivery and a good appreciation of all sectors within the nuclear industry: new build, power generation, decommissioning and defence. From her role of managing a nuclear industry award winning graduate training programme, Jennifer has experience of working with and successfully delivering to top tier nuclear sector organisations. Jennifer also has international work experience gained from assignments in North America and mainland Europe. Jennifer strives to continually progress and develop as a project professional; in 2017 she attained an MSc in project management. She has subsequently embarked on a PhD entitled “Investigating the use of
blockchain technologies for the construction industry” at Northumbria University.

Lee
Lee is an accomplished professional, with nearly 30 years’ experience gained from a variety of sectors including: finance, commercial, nuclear and defence. He provides critical support in bidding and operations from planning and development of bids through to managing, writing, presenting, negotiating and financial modelling and into supporting the transition to ‘go-live’. Lee adds value quickly to any bid team he joins.
His creative but pedantic writing skills, coupled with advanced Excel modelling, mean he can fill any gap in a bid team. His finance and analysis skills enable him to quickly understand, assimilate, and analyse new concepts and information.
Giselle
Giselle is a qualified journalist, copywriter, editor and proofreader with a background in marketing that spans leisure, non-profit and government sectors. She holds an MBA with a specialisation in marketing and an MA in Creative Writing (non-fiction). She is a member of the Society for Proofreaders and Editors in the UK. In recent years, Giselle has provided content for range of clients and in a variety of formats, including magazines, corporate reports, websites and bids, for entities ranging from start-ups to large-scale organisations. She is passionate about working with businesses to ensure their communications support their marketing goals and brand identity.
