Last week, MM Creative Solutions’ director, Monica Mwanje, attended the 4th Diversity & Inclusion Conference and Commonwealth Trade Symposium at the 2018 International Business Festival.
The aims of the conference and symposium were to explore global best practices in diversity and inclusion and shine a light on trading opportunities in the Commonwealth.

MM Creative Solutions founder and Managing Director, Monica Mwanje, was a panellist at the recent Women in Nuclear UK 2018 Conference. The conference theme was Power Together to Create Change.
In the panel session entitled: ‘What happened when we used our power?’, Monica shared personal stories from her career and answered questions from the audience.

In her role as Chair of the Nuclear Institute’s North West Branch MM Creative Solutions Director, Monica Mwanje, hosted the historic 70th North West Branch Annual Dinner.
The event, held at The Principal Hotel in Manchester, was attended by 500 nuclear professionals drawn from over 40 organisations across the sector. Monica is pictured below with some of the evening’s award winners.
