MM Creative Solutions (MMCS) was founded in 2015 and is a UK based independent consultancy providing specialist services to the nuclear and other regulated industries.  The company is led by its Founder and Managing Director Monica Mwanje who brings over 20 years’ experience in these sectors.

Since its inception MMCS has supported clients ranging from  micro businesses through to  multinational consulting engineering firms. What unites our clients is a shared ambition: to enter or expand their presence in the UK nuclear market or other regulated sectors such as rail and infrastructure.

We understand the practical challenges of entering or growing within these complex industries. Our approach is collaborative and grounded in real-world experience — we work alongside our clients to help them move forward with clarity and confidence.

In addition to consultancy, we offer executive coaching services led by Monica Mwanje. As a certified executive and senior-level coach (ILM Level 7), Monica supports leaders navigating complexity, growth, and change. Her coaching is informed by two decades of industry experience and is tailored to the unique demands of regulated environments.
